Engineering Trainee / Engineer

Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Trainee / Engineer to join our client's dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong technical background who enjoy hands-on work in maintenance and repair of machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment.

• Support engineers in daily operations, technical projects, and process improvements.

• Perform inspections and ensure machines are operating safely and efficiently.

• Document repair activities and provide technical reports when required.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve engineering challenges.

• Progression opportunities from Assistant Engineer to higher engineering and leadership roles

Requirements

• Degree in Aeronautical / Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in machine maintenance and repair.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication and organizational skills.
