Job description

Our client has been a leading player in its industry with a strong global presence. They are now looking for an experienced and detail-driven professional to join their CEO office here in Hong Kong.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full spectrum of administrative support to the CEO in both business and personal areas;

  • Arrange and coordinate appointments and meetings, prepare minutes, reports, meeting material and agenda and you will be participating in leadership and strategy meetings;

  • Handle travel arrangements for business and personal trips, including flights, hotel & accommodation, itinerary planning, etc;

  • Organize business/personal events and handle ad-hoc projects as assigned;

  • Handle confidential conversation, documents with discretion;

  • Prepare correspondence in English and Chinese in a professional and timely manner;

  • Liaise and coordinate with both internal and external parties on business/personal operations.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or secretary role (5 years or above is preferred).

  • Detail-driven, strong interpersonal communication skills and excellent organizational skills are key to success in this role

  • Good command of Mandarin and English is a must

  • Effective multitasking and prioritization skills for efficient time management.

  • Self-motivated and accountable, able to learn and adapt quickly

  • Travel is a must and candidate with global exposure is advantageous.
