Job description
Charterhouse is currently looking for an experienced student admissions manager to work at an established Educational Group. The chosen candidate will work closely with the admissions team in order to build up admissions numbers and to help students find the best courses and institutions for them.
The applicant must possess:
- A recognised degree in marketing, business or related disciplines;
- A minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification work experience in student recruitment, marketing and events preferably in educational or vocational training sector;
- Target driven with a “can do” attitude
- Detailed-oriented, good analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills, proactive and ability to work under pressure
- proficiency in Microsoft application software (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Chinese Word Processing; and
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen, analytical ability and execution skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English, other Asia language is a plus
(Applicants who do not possess the required qualifications and / or experience may be considered for other positions within the organisation.)
Duties include:
- Sales, business development, and recruiting, hungry for success and wanting to exceed sales targets
- To ensure the tasks assigned are delivered on time within budget and expectation;
- To assist in conducting market research and analysis
- To assist the team with any problems they may be facing in regards to sales
- To assist with any training required for team mates
- To do presentations for clients and advising them on the best course of action for them to take
- Travelling to various locations and meeting different clients
