Fixed Income Analyst (Associate)

Job description

Our client, a Sovereign Wealth Fund Corporation, is seeking a Fixed Income Analyst (Associate) to join the team.

We are looking for someone in joining the Emerging Markets fixed income investment team in support of the portfolio manager. This position involves portfolio maintenance and analytics responsibilities aimed at maximizing the efficiency and productivity of the portfolio manager.

Job Description

• * Work with portfolio manager to efficiently manage bond and derivative positions;
  * Use fixed income analytics tools to analyze portfolios;
  * EM debt portfolio risk monitoring;
  * Develop and maintain EM macro and markets monitors;
  * Collect market color and dynamics and timely share with the team;
  * Prepare portfolio performance/attribution reports for PM;

Requirements

• Graduate from a top-tier university.
• 2-3 years of relevant industry experience in fixed income and derivative analytics.
• Knowledgeable in pricing, risk parameter calculations, and P&L calculations for local market FX and rates instruments.
• Experienced with portfolio management systems (e.g., Bloomberg PORT/AIM).
• Excellent analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of multitasking and prioritizing, with a keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment to achieve collective success.
• Proficient in Excel, Python/R, and other data analytics tools.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
