Establish a group reward governance structure, policies and processes that allows effective decision making.
Provide strategic oversight of management reward programs including bonus, salary, benefits, retirement plan, LTIP, ensuring the total compensation approach across all markets to supports the ongoing strategy.
Ensuring best practices, market benchmarks are in place for each market and to formulate competitive retention strategies
Anticipate business needs and devise C&B strategies that support their growth
Bachelor's degree holder
Must have strong business acumen in order to be a true business partner to the stakeholders
Strong communication and influencing skills to gain buy in from the business leaders
Previous experience working at Group level is a definite advantage
