Job description

My client is a sizeable organisation with various businesses entities and has expand to a size where an exciting opportunity has arise for a seasoned C&B professional to join them.

 

Duties:

  • Establish a group reward governance structure, policies and processes that allows effective decision making.

  • Provide strategic oversight of management reward programs including bonus, salary, benefits, retirement plan, LTIP, ensuring the total compensation approach across all markets to supports the ongoing strategy.

  • Ensuring best practices, market benchmarks are in place for each market and to formulate competitive retention strategies

  • Anticipate business needs and devise C&B strategies that support their growth

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder

  • Must have strong business acumen in order to be a true business partner to the stakeholders

  • Strong communication and influencing skills to gain buy in from the business leaders

  • Previous experience working at Group level is a definite advantage
