Job description
I am looking for a strategic leader to serve and lead as Head of Digital Transformation for my client, a leading bank in Hong Kong. He/She will be responsible for leading a team to manage different digital technology projects for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Digital Project Delivery Team and Usability & Quality Assurance Team to deliver the digital initiatives enhancing the customers’ digital journey.
Collaborate with various departments and external vendors to drive the digital project development and implementation.
Work with business to make recommendations on the adoption and deployment of new technology, applications, management system, and improvement initiatives.
Keep abreast of relevant latest regulatory requirements, industry initiatives, requirements and protocols, and relevant technology and fintech solutions
Key Requirements:
Cantonese/Mandarin is MANDATORY
> 10 years’ experience in banking industry / consulting firms managing digital projects etc
Strong knowledge in banking products and services
Experience in Agile Project Management
