The Company

The market leader in its space. This is an exciting role where you will be totally responsible for total online presence through the consumers’ experience.

The Position

The purpose of this role is to be responsible for total digital(web,app,social..etc) presence, drive growth in the region

Key responsibilities will include;

• Business-oriented and ability to generate substantial commercial impact (P&L management)
• Benchmark industry standard for conversion rates, drive planning and execution to achieve conversion growth goals
• Play a key role in producing multi channel experience
• Implement best practices and creating the ultimate user experience for customers
• Overall management of content, advertising, search, advocacy, CRM and social
• Management of 3rd party providers including marketing agencies
• Manage digital spend and focus on ROI

Requirements

• At least 15 years of relevant marketing / digital experience
• Solid experience as an Ecommerce Manager for a tangible brand in either wholesale or retail
• Transversal exposure to branding / communication / PR / social media / CRM / eCommerce / marketplace / omnichannel topics needed
• Experience building successful leadership relations at highest levels of organizations (C-level including CEO)
• Entrepreneur background or experience greatly appreciated
• People management & leadership qualities required
• A true knack for dealing with all stakeholders with the ability to gain and maintain relationships that benefit the brand
• Knowledge and experience working with online analytics, online search, CRM and merchandising vendors
• Previous commercially focused sales experience and product knowledge
• Tertiary qualifications within Marketing/ Digital/ Communications disciplines would be an advantage
