Job description

​My client is a reputable local conglomerate and is looking to hire a Team Lead to head up the talent acquisition function. The role is ideal for a driven and proactive individual who is looking for a sizeable platform to further enhance their exposure.

Duties:

• Leading a small team of recruiters and reporting into the HR Director

• Work closely with different stakeholders to understand how they can support their business needs

• Responsible for senior hiring within Corporate functions

• Developing hiring strategies, leading employment branding initiatives and ensuring positive candidate experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder

• Previous experience handling mass recruitment is a definite advantage

• At least 8 years’ experience in a similar role

• Flexible mindset and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Fluency in English and Chinese.
