Job description

Our client is a Hong Kong blue chip company with a proven track record in developing creative and innovative projects, they are currently seeking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support the growth and expansion of the business.
Key responsibilities:
- As a business partner to the Headquarter, provide top notch HR service and advice to stakeholders with HR strategies and organizational culture
- Manage performance management initiatives, work with and coach line managers on the importance of providing adequate performance feedback and training to employees
- Work closely with line managers on talent and manpower planning
- Drive talent management initiatives, including talent development, succession planning, and retention plan
- Responsible for designing and implementing employee communication strategy and activities
- Drive employer braining initiatives via world class hiring experience, company events and social media
- Work closely with your team to drive change management
Key requirements:
- Degree in HR, Organisational Psychology or related discipline
- Minimum 6 years of HRBP experience
- Business savvy, intellectual and possess great knowledge of HR best practices and initiative
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented, independent, creative and familiar with social media
- Excellent command in written & spoken English and Chinese
