Job description
Our client is a world-class financial service company with strong presence in Asia Pacific. This is a newly created role to support their growing business.
Key responsibilities:
Work closely with designated teams to ensure pre-hire experience in a smooth and professional way
Key contact point for all onboarding inquiries
Follow up closely on candidate’s pre-hire process, timely reports, background checks and visa applications issues
Ad hoc projects as required
Key requirements:
Bachelor degree qualified, a minimum of 5 years HR experience is a must
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
Detail-driven, good team spirit and the ability to collaborate with staff at all levels are essential to success
