Job description

​Monitoring Operating System, Data Network Efficiency & Performance

• Ensure all devices (Server, SAN, routers, switches, load balancers, WiFi controllers) & Firewalls and difference security systems remain in good working condition

• Administration, monitor, maintain and optimize VMware, SAN, WAN, LAN and Wi-Fi networks for optimal performance and maximum availability

• Experience in AWS, Azure & AliCloud are essential

• Responsible for daily operation like maintaining and monitoring data network efficiency, performance and security

• Define processes to manage the IT infrastructure

• Taking the lead in updating & documenting all hardware configuration, firmware, network diagrams and all cabling for End-Devices

• Responsible for handling internal and external network attacks, phishing, virus infections, intrusion prevention and other security behaviours or events

• Analyse and troubleshoot the network and server problems

• Responsible on network planning and adopt appropriate network protection solution in our environment

• Provide technical support and conduct procurement, and perform project management activities for enhancement and the change in server, network and security configuration, and Corporate Workplace

Requirements

• Holder of MCSE / MCITP / CCNA / CCNP / CCSA / HCIE / ITILv4 / CSM / CISA / AWS Certified Solutions Architect / Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert will be an added advantage.

• 6 years relevant working experience in System, Network Administration and Cyber-Security experience

• Proficiency in Operating System (Windows 2012/2016/2019, RedHat Linux), Virtual Machine (VMWare, Hyper-V), SAN, Cloud Platform (AWS, Microsoft Azure, AliCloud)

• Understanding of network solutions integration and interoperation, configuration, and troubleshooting large scale LAN/Wi-Fi networks and Office IoT

• Experience in Firewall (FortiGate, Palo Alto, Checkpoints), Network & Wi-Fi Solution (Cisco, Huawei, H3C, Ruckus, Aruba), Load Balancer (F5, Barracuda)

• Hands on experience on AWS (EC2, ALB, EIP, CloudFront, Route53, WAF) and Azure

• Solid Experience in office IOT, AV equipment setup, management, and operation

• Capable of troubleshooting integrated environments, mitigating threats, and preventing successful cyberattacks

• Solid Experience in office renovation, cabling and IT Server Room setup project is a must

• Strong team player, able to learn and adopt new technologies quickly and good problem-solving skills

• With retail/mall background or experience is preferable

• Self-motivated, quick learner and strong sense of responsibility
