A highly respected international law firm is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Paralegal to join its established and expanding IP practice in Hong Kong. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and draft preliminary advice related to intellectual property matters.
- Assist in preparing and submitting IP applications, responses, and supporting documents to relevant authorities.
- Conduct IP research, including preliminary searches, and assist in preparing client guidance and cost estimates.
- Maintain accurate internal records and monitor deadlines for various IP portfolios.
- Communicate with overseas associates on cross‑border IP matters and handle related administrative coordination.
- Provide support on a range of IP tasks, such as registrations, renewals, updates, and other portfolio management activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- More than 10 years of experience as an IP Paralegal, with a focus on trademarks.
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical abilities.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple matters efficiently.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills when working with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
