Position Summary
An attractive IT Infrastructure Manager opportunity has opened with a leading listed company. The incumbent will work in a team of IT professionals in managing IT Infrastructure operations and service delivery.
The role will have strong business partnering with various departments across departments and will be a key role in ongoing IT operations enhancement within the company. The position would be ideal for candidates who are looking to have a step up in their career in the IT infrastructure field.
Responsibilities:
In charge of infrastructure planning, operations and projects management
Lead a team of IT Infrastructure professionals in executing group level initiatives
Conduct infrastructure design and architecture planning
Oversees new technologies implementation and review
Business partnering with regional team heads for successful service delivery
Risk management and performance review
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT/ Computer Science
Exposure in regional/ global infrastructure operations
O365, ServiceNow, ITSM experience is essential
CCIE, CCDE, ITIL, CISSP would be an added advantage
Strong communication skills with proficiency in English & Chinese
