Learning Manager (Leadership Development)

Our client is a sizable MNC in its respective market industry; they are currently seeking for an exceptional Learning & Development expert to create and drive innovative and effective learning and leadership development initiatives

Key responsibilities:

• Identify learning gaps and needs, develop effective and high impact leadership learning paths across the business
• Act as a subject matter expert in leadership development, work closely with senior leaders across the business to establish learning strategies
• Design and deliver and deliver creative and effective  learning experience help senior leaders develop and grow
• Keep up-to-date with current Learning or Talent trends, leverage external best practices and facilitate in Talent Development initiatives
• Establish and maintain excellent relationship with senior stakeholders and HR Business Partners, influence stakeholders on effective development plan and practices
• Lead and drive ad-hoc learning initiatives and executive coaching programs
• Measure the learning impact for continuous improvement and communicate to the business

Key requirements:

• Degree in HR or Organizational Psychology
• 8 – 10 years in Leadership Development, Learning & Development or Talent Management experience gained from sizable MNCs, ideally from a Retail sector
• Highly experienced in designing, developing and delivering  high impact, innovative learning solutions and leadership programs to drive business performance
• High capability of consulting, engaging and influencing all levels of staffs
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
