Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage full spectrum of leasing activities including tenant mix, budget preparation, term negotiations etc.
- Formulate strategic tenancy plans for the portfolio to achieve the group business objectives
- Conduct detailed market research and feasibility studies to identify business opportunities
- Develop extensive industry network and business partnership
- Closely coordinate with other stakeholders and related departments for asset enhancement
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary educated in Surveying, Business, Marketing, Property Management or related discipline
- At least 5 years of solid leasing management experiences in commercial or retail sector, ranging from consultancies, developers or sizable organizations
- Self-initiated, proactive with strong business acumen
- Excellent communications and presentation skills is essential
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Manager/ Senior Leasing Officer
