Job description
This exciting job is for a legal counsel with our client, a leading Hong Kong listed company.
The is a newly created role and the counsel will work directly with the executive team and senior management of business units and subsidiaries. In this role, you will be working with businesses on M&A and investment projects, so currently practicing lawyers with strong deal sheets in Corporate M&A and/or PE experience would be preferred. In-house lawyers should already have experience working with C-Level leadership at a strategic level.
- Hong Kong qualified solicitor with minimum of 6 PQE
- Fluency in both English and Chinese
- Enthusiasm and experience for Deal Making
