Job description
We are now seeking for Manager - Compensation & Benefits.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Architect and execute holistic total rewards strategies designed to directly support and advance the group's strategic business objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of direct compensation and incentive programs, from design through execution, ensuring they attract top talent while adhering to all statutory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with leadership across local and regional levels to develop, assess, and refine strategic pay and benefits frameworks.
- Lead in-depth market research and analysis to benchmark offerings, deriving actionable insights that inform strategy and maintain the organization's competitive position.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary educated in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 6 years hands-on experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits management within a corporate environment
- Sound knowledge of compensation and benefits trends, practices, and regulations
- Expert knowledge of global C&B trends, best practices, and compliance regulations.
- Strong business acumen and proactive attitude
- Proven leadership skills and problem-solving abilities
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
