Job description
We are now seeking for Manager - Group Insurance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all corporate insurance programs, including claims, renewals, and vendor performance.
- Streamline the claims and settlement process for workflow efficiency and cost control
- Work closely with internal stakeholder to identify the type of insurances to align with group business initiatives
- Review policies for compliance and assess insurance needs across business units and third-party contracts
- Facilitate the administration and enrolment for corporate insurance programs
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary educated in Insurance, Risk Management or a related discipline
- A minimum of 9 years hands-on experience within a corporate environment
- Sound knowledge of property and transportation insurance trends, practices, and regulations
- Expertise of global C&B trends and compliance
- Strong business acumen and proactive attitude
- Proven leadership skills and problem-solving abilities
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
