Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess operational risks across various business units.
- Develop and implement risk management frameworks and policies.
- Monitor and report on risk exposure and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance risk awareness and compliance.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop action plans to address identified risks.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting operational risk.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
- 6 years of experience in operational risk management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in risk management.
- Professional certifications (CORP, DITTO etc.) are a plus.
