Job description

Our client is a prestigious multinational company with over 30 years history in the sector.  They are now looking for a dynamic payroll professional to join their growing business across Asia.

 

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the regional team to ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations

  • Ensure employee remuneration and other payments are made accurately and punctually and maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in HR management

  • Manage tax reporting & submission, data integrity of the system, pension administration, etc

  • Liaison with external parties including but not limited to Tax authorities, Work councils and pensions, etc

  • Be responsible for budgeting, costing and benefits programs, etc

  

Requirements

  • Degree qualified, a minimum of 5-year experience gained from sizable companies in a similar role is required

  • Demonstrated proficiency in payroll processing, taxation reporting and benefits administration

  • Independent and able to work well under pressure, and the ability to communicate with staff at all levels is key to success

  • Strong team spirits, multi-tasking skills and with a high level of integrity and professionalism
