1-2 PQE
Excellent English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- The Associate would be assisting the real estate partners in handling real estate transactions including acquisitions, disposals and property joint ventures, etc.
- Good drafting skill is essential. Ability to draft in Chinese would be an advantage.
- Prior exposure to real estate/property work is an advantage but not essential.
- Junior corporate/commercial lawyers who are looking for a switch are also welcome.
