Regional Lead, Technology Architect – International Retail Bank

​Our client is a reputable international bank with a strong presence across APAC. To expand their Hong Kong business, they currently are looking for a Technology Architect lead to manage a regional architect team, to manage and enforce Technology Architecture Standards and Direction as well as ensuring alignment between the Technology and Business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional team to align with governance standards and coverage of Technology Architecture in GBA

• Provide leadership and architecture direction across the IT ecosystem architecture, including digital banking architecture, support the short and long-term strategic roadmap

• Engage with regional senior management team about technology architecture modernisation

• Innovatively deliver business and IT value, translate vision and ideas into solution architecture and technical design

• Develop and improve future technology capabilities and digital technology architect business strategy and processes and translating business strategy and processes into actionable digital IT Systems strategy

• Provide solution and project reviews for entities and manage applications and technologies to meet the defined KRI indicators

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in related IT discipline

• 15 years+ IT solution delivery experience to manage Technology Architecture governance with retail banking exposure

• Capable in engaging senior management team to communicate and create Technology Architecture Roadmap and Investment

• Good command of Cantonese and English

• Significant experience in successfully leading large cross-functional teams or enterprise projects will be added advantage.
