Job description
My client is currently seeking for Regional Rewards Manager / Assistant Manager
Responsibilities
- Implement and enhance global Rewards strategies to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business goals.
- Manage annual Rewards programs including salary review, incentives, recognition schemes, and retention initiatives.
- Conduct market benchmarking, pay structure reviews, and support job evaluation frameworks.
- Deliver Rewards analytics on pay equity, performance linkage, and workforce cost trends.
- Oversee regional mobility and expatriate rewards packages, ensuring consistency and compliance.
Requirements
- Degree in HR or related discipline
- 5+ years experience or above
- Regional exposure and system knowledge (e.g., BIPO) preferred.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua).
- Immediate availability will be an advantage
