Job description
A prominent and future-oriented global enterprise, celebrated for its strong heritage and focus on innovation, welcomes application for Senior HR Manager to lead their regional team in Hong Kong.
We are now seeking for Senior HR Manager - APAC.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the team of professionals in each respective office to be trusted business partners to develop best practices
- Develop and execute human resources strategies aligned with the organization's goals across the region
- Collaborate closely with regional leadership to identify workforce planning and organizational development needs
- Design and execute performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and engagement
- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements across all countries within the region
- Partner with senior regional leadership to drive organizational change and culture initiatives
- Review and refine compensation and benefits structures to ensure competitiveness on talent attraction and retention
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary educated in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 15 years of practical experience with a minimum of 8 years in managerial context
- Proven track record of managing HR functions across multiple countries, successfully establishing HR frameworks in emerging markets
- Strong business acumen and proactive attitude
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset
