Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for a true HR Business Partner to join this fast-paced organization to value add to the business growth and transformation.

 

Duties:

  • You will be the HRBP to support senior stakeholders and provide professional HR advice and solutions

  • Responsible for implementing people strategy to support business growth

  • To review and streamline existing policies and procedures to drive best practice and process improvement

  • Work closely with business and identify high potentials to provide advice on succession planning and talent engagement.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of solid experience (with at least 3 years in managerial position) in the HR field from sizable company

  • You must be a self-driven individual who is able to deal with ambiguity and is highly agile and flexible to handle the face paced environment

  • Ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders

  • Strong business acumen to be able to implement people strategies that drives the business forward

  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua is compulsory
