This is an exciting opportunity for a true HR Business Partner to join this fast-paced organization to value add to the business growth and transformation.
You will be the HRBP to support senior stakeholders and provide professional HR advice and solutions
Responsible for implementing people strategy to support business growth
To review and streamline existing policies and procedures to drive best practice and process improvement
Work closely with business and identify high potentials to provide advice on succession planning and talent engagement.
Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of solid experience (with at least 3 years in managerial position) in the HR field from sizable company
You must be a self-driven individual who is able to deal with ambiguity and is highly agile and flexible to handle the face paced environment
Ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders
Strong business acumen to be able to implement people strategies that drives the business forward
Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua is compulsory
