Job description
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Senior Manager to join this well-known household name and play an important role in launching this new business.
Duties:
Responsible for the timely launch of this new business into Hong Kong
Support stakeholders and provide professional advice on how to retain and attract talent to ensure the success of this new venture
Hands on mass recruitment on operational team members together with the resourcing team
Developing hiring strategies on how to attract the best talent for this new business
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree holder
Previous experience handling mass recruitment is a definite advantage
At least 8 years’ experience in a similar role
Flexible mindset and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
