Our client is a well-respected large, listed property investor and developer with presence in major cities across the region. It is now seeking to hire a Senor Legal Counsel for its Hong Kong office.
Being a vital part of the Hong Kong legal team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and assistance on real estate matters as well as general corporate and commercial matters.
The ideal candidate will be a Hong Kong qualified lawyer with at least 8 years of post-qualification experience including no less than 4 years of experience in property law. He/she must be fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
