Job description
We are now seeking Senior Manager - Global Property Portfolio.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and formulate the property development strategies for Europe portfolio
- Responsible for feasibility studies and prepare the report to top management
- Collect market insights and intelligence to identify business initiatives
- Develop sales and marketing campaigns and prepare the material for new build portfolio
- Staying abreast on market dynamics and industry trends
- Closely liaison with internal and external stakeholders to support the implementation of new business strategies
REQUIREMENTS
- Tertiary educated in surveying, real estate, marketing, business management or related disciplines
- Possess a minimum of 8 years of practical experience for residential market, preferably with international leading players in Hong Kong.
- Familiarity with UK luxury residential market.
- Forward-thinking, self-motivated and excellent communications skills
- Extensive exposure in full cycle of property development
