Job description
We are now seeking for General Manager - Mall portfolio.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading the team of professionals for full spectrum of mall operations and building management
- Account for the leasing activities and identify potential business development opportunities for the retail premises
- Closely liaison with the professional teams to formulate partnership strategies and initiatives to drive progressive business growth
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations to ensure service excellence
- Establish sustainable partnerships with tenants and prospective clients
- Review and monitor the vendors' performances to promote the quality excellence initiatives
- Develop and maintain the standards and procedures to ensure strict compliance
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary educated in Real Estate, Business or related disciplines
- At least 15 years of relevant experiences with proven track record in commercial development and operations in Greater China region
- Creativity and the ability to apply a new perspective to challenges and opportunities
- Excellent communications and organizational abilities
- A natural leader with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Results driven, self-initiative and excellent business acumen
- Station in Guangdong province is required
