Job description
We are now seeking for Senior Manager - Talent Development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Craft and implement a talent strategy aligned with the company's future growth and transformation goals.
- Proactively build and engage talent pools through diverse sourcing strategies.
- Establish talent management frameworks for succession planning and high-potential development.
- Identify critical future roles and competencies needed for business sustainability
- Develop future-focused learning and development programs that equip leaders and managers with the skills to navigate evolving business landscapes
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary educated in Human Resources, Psychology or a related discipline
- A minimum of 9 years hands-on experience within a corporate environment
- Proven track record in HR transformation and academy projects
- Sound knowledge of best practices and regulations
- A trusted advisor to senior leadership with excellent influential capabilities
- Strong business acumen and proactive attitude
