Senior Manager - Total Rewards

Job description

Deep-rooted in Hong Kong, an opportunity has arisen for talented C&B professional to join their regional team.

We are now seeking for Senior Manager - Total Rewards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform a full spectrum of total rewards strategies aligned with the group's business goals and objectives
• Design, manage, and execute competitive direct rewards and incentive programs that comply with local statutory requirement across all markets.
• Work closely with both local and regional leaders for the development and evaluation of pay and benefits structure
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify key insights to ensure competitiveness of the organization

QUALIFICATIONS

• Tertiary educated in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• A minimum of 8 years hands-on experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits management within a MNC environment
• Sound knowledge of compensation and benefits trends, practices, and regulations
• Strong business acumen and proactive attitude
• Proven leadership skills and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communications and presentation skills is essential
