Our client is a leading Hong Kong Blue Chip organization in its respective market industry; they are currently seeking for an experienced and highly competent Talent Management expert to create and drive innovative and effective talent strategies

Key responsibilities:

• Design, formulate, develop and cascade group Talent Development initiatives with a focus of redefining its Management Trainee program
• Contribute to the execution of business strategies by creating exceptional HiPo development initiatives and programs
• Bring in best practices from the market and be a think tank to come up with innovative and high-impact solutions to build the talent pipeline
• Evaluate and revamp the effectiveness of the group's talent strategies in order to attract young talents and build excellent employer branding
• Drive the talent and career development framework and journey for potential future leaders
• Propose various cultural promotion initiatives in line with the company's vision, mission and values
• Influence and educate stakeholders the importance of Talent and Capability Development

Key requirements:

• University graduate with a degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Phycology
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Talent Management
• Able to engage, inspire and influence people at all level
• Strong planning and project management skills
• Agile, passionate, creative, articulate and logical
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
