Job description

About the Role:

  • Attain yearly sales and individual sales performance goals

  • Formulate strategies for the boutique to enhance footfall, boost sales, improve conversion rate, and expand the customer database

  • Assure exceptional customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service

  • Achieve sales targets through training, monitoring, mentoring, providing feedback, conducting daily briefings, and assessing KPIs

  • Proactively oversee the CRM program, lead and supervise staff to foster customer relationships

  • Fulfill operational requirements of the boutique by scheduling and assigning employees, and following up on daily work outcomes

  • Address issues such as complaints, post-sales service, and repairs

  • Establish rapport with current and prospective customers to identify their existing and future needs

  • Guarantee product availability and services by coordinating with HQ Customer Service and maintaining inventories

  • Uphold exceptional store condition and adhere to visual merchandising standards, staff uniform policies, staff grooming guidelines, floral arrangements, ambiance, cleanliness, and tidiness

  • Implement security systems and measures to safeguard merchandise

  • Sustain operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures

  • Adhere to standard operating procedure (SOP) guidelines

  • Serve as a brand advocate for the company
