Job description
With a brand name that is recognized on a global scale, our client is a multinational with powerful market presence in Asia. As part of the efforts to further strengthen their market position, the company is seeking an HR professional of the highest calibre to join their team in Hong Kong.
Key responsibilities:
Play a key role in delivering comprehensive and efficient recruitment services at all levels
Build strong talent pipeline for middle-senior level roles and highly specialized positions
Drive group level recruitment initiatives, formulate employer branding strategies and liaison with internal and external parties to develop effective sourcing strategies
Work closely with business leaders to understand their needs and build positive relationships
Key requirements:
A minimum of 5 years experience in a hands-on recruitment role within a sizable organization is required
Prior exposure to both inhouse and agency recruitment is preferred
A strong client focused approach with a flexible and resourceful style will be critical to success
Complete fluency in English and good command of mandarin
