Job description
We are now seeking for Talent Development Lead.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Spearhead the talent acquisition initiatives and ensure talent pipeline to align with long-term strategic goals
- Develop and drive the integrated talent strategy with clear strategic pillars, diagnose the critical skills gaps and identify future talent priorities across all regions and functions
- Work closely with regional leaders to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead the phased global rollout of the academy and other talent development initiatives
- Establish a robust measurement framework to assess the effectiveness and business impact
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary educated in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development or a related discipline
- A minimum of 10 progressive years in talent acquisition and development within matrixed, global enterprises
- Culturally agile with experience designing globally consistent yet locally relevant solutions
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior executives and stakeholders at all levels
