Job description
A rare opportunity for a seasoned C&B professional to join a global player in the financial services industry.
Duties:
Leading a sizeable team to be responsible for full spectrum of C&B functions
Providing C&B advice to senior leaders in the organization and ensuring competitive C&B policies to retain and attract talents
Ensure compliance with all regulatory frameworks and corporate requirements
Full responsibility for handling all HR related matters to the regional offices in the region
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience preferably from a banking background to understand regulatory requirements
Strong business acumen and commercial mindset to understand the business needs and able to value add by designing competitive rewards strategies
Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is compulsory
