Marco Li

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Marco has been recruiting within the Financial Services sector since 2018. He began his career covering front to back office roles, which gave him broad exposure across the industry before specialising in Finance & Accounting and Internal Audit. This focus has allowed him to develop strong expertise and a deep understanding of the talent needs within these functions.

Marco specialises in recruiting Finance & Accounting and Internal Audit professionals across banking and financial services, including accounting, FP&A, treasury and internal audit roles. He is known for building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, enabling him to stay closely aligned with industry trends and market developments.

Outside of work, Marco enjoys sports, especially football, both playing and watching. He also values spending time with friends, often over friendly games of poker and snooker.
