Accountant, Law Firm (Contract)

They have been dedicated to advise clients with top-quality legal services in various practice areas such as Capital Market, Merger & Acquisition, Outbound Investment, Dispute Resolution etc. They have an outstanding reputation and is widely recognized by clients both in China and overseas as a full-service law firm.

They are looking for an experienced Accountant to support their finance team as they migrate to a new accounting software.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full-set of accounting transaction including recording collections and payments
• Generate invoices and ensure timely payment and accuracy of released bills
• Maintain client’s balance schedule and reconcile with the record in the accounting system
• Work closely with internal parties on business operations
• Assist in new system implementations
• Provide clerical support and perform any other ad hoc duties as would be assigned from time to time

Job Requirement:

• Minimum of Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience gained from law firms
• Hands-on experience in Elite 3E, Aderant or other ERP systems is a must
• Exposure to the HK Solicitors Accounts Rules
• Proficient in MS Office and able  to learn a new software with minimal supervision
• Able to work effectively and  independently in a fast paced environment
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
