Associate / Associate Director - Corporate Finance (Pre-IPO)

Job description

Our client is a renowned foreign brokerage firm seeking to hire a Corporate Finance - Associate Director, Senior Associate.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and support the execution of corporate finance transactions, including IPOs, M&A, pre-IPO investments, financial advisory mandates, and other fundraising initiatives
• Conduct internal approval processes, due diligence, market and industry research, financial analysis, and prepare regulatory submissions
• Independently manage transaction documentation, address related issues, and provide regular updates to supervisors
• Coordinate with clients, external advisors, and regulatory bodies throughout the deal lifecycle
• Develop financial models and prepare valuation analyses and presentations
• Participate actively in client pitches, contribute to market research, and generate strategic ideas for the team
• Undertake additional responsibilities and assignments as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• 3-10 years of relevant experience in corporate finance / IPO background.
• Demonstrated success in executing ECM, M&A, and debt transactions, with a solid understanding of regulatory compliance
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Reliable, proactive, and collaborative team player
• Native-fluent level proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential; fluency in Cantonese is a strong advantage
