Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Handling of regulatory engagement including assist to coordinate regulatory examinations, prepare for regulatory submissions.
Assist to review marketing materials.
Assist the handling of compliance related enquiries / advice.
Assist the preparation of training materials or compliance meeting and administer training logistics/records.
Review and provide comments on compliance related internal policies and procedures.
Prepare ad hoc and regular compliance and regulatory related reports with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements to branch management or Head Office as required.
Perform filing to Companies Registry on the change of corporate information and maintain directors’ records.
Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned and administrative support.
5 years’ relevant experience in compliance preferably from banking industry.
Well versed with regulations in banking industry.
People oriented and a good team player with strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
