About the Role:

 

Sales and Business Development:

  • Achieve sales targets and profitability goals set for the boutique.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and increase market share.

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) and existing clients.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and customer preferences.

  • Customer Service and Client Engagement:

  • Provide a personalized and exceptional customer experience to clients.

  • Ensure that clients' needs are understood and met, exceeding their expectations.

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.

  • Assist clients in selecting the perfect watches and jewelry pieces, offering expert advice and guidance.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.

 

Team Management and Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.

  • Set performance targets, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.

  • Motivate and inspire the team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and a customer-centric mindset.

  • Lead by example, demonstrating product knowledge, sales techniques, and exceptional customer service.

  • Inventory Management and Visual Merchandising:

  • Ensure accurate inventory control, including stock management, replenishment, and stocktaking.

  • Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create attractive displays and product presentations.

  • Monitor product assortment, ensuring a diverse and appealing selection for customers.

  • Maintain the boutique's visual standards and cleanliness, creating an inviting and luxurious ambiance.

 

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate sales reports, analyze performance data, and provide insights to the management team.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, and average transaction value.

  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales and operational efficiency.

  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track client information and preferences.

 

About the Candidate:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar boutique management role, specializing in Luxury, watches and jewelry are preferred.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the luxury retail industry.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients.

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing a sales team.

  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on providing personalized and memorable experiences.

  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
