About the Role:
Sales and Business Development:
Achieve sales targets and profitability goals set for the boutique.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and increase market share.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) and existing clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and customer preferences.
Customer Service and Client Engagement:
Provide a personalized and exceptional customer experience to clients.
Ensure that clients' needs are understood and met, exceeding their expectations.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
Assist clients in selecting the perfect watches and jewelry pieces, offering expert advice and guidance.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
Team Management and Leadership:
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Set performance targets, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
Motivate and inspire the team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and a customer-centric mindset.
Lead by example, demonstrating product knowledge, sales techniques, and exceptional customer service.
Inventory Management and Visual Merchandising:
Ensure accurate inventory control, including stock management, replenishment, and stocktaking.
Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create attractive displays and product presentations.
Monitor product assortment, ensuring a diverse and appealing selection for customers.
Maintain the boutique's visual standards and cleanliness, creating an inviting and luxurious ambiance.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate sales reports, analyze performance data, and provide insights to the management team.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, and average transaction value.
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales and operational efficiency.
Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track client information and preferences.
About the Candidate:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar boutique management role, specializing in Luxury, watches and jewelry are preferred.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the luxury retail industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing a sales team.
Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on providing personalized and memorable experiences.
Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
