Job description
Our client, a Foreign Corporate Banking, is seeking a Client Services / Support (Contract) - Transaction Banking to join the team.
Job Description
- Expand transaction business in Hong Kong and the East Asia region.
- Achieve transaction business (Cash Management & Trade) targets by
- Promoting transaction banking products to customers and handling specific customer cases independently when needed.
- Contribute to meeting business targets for transaction banking, including increasing customer numbers, transaction volumes, and shifting liquidity.
- Encouraging the use of the fund transfer service to secure transactions and providing system support to customers.
- Assist in implementing new services, changes, and enhancements.
- Provide customer support for transaction banking products.
- Independently handle compliance tasks related to HKMA and internal policies with minimal guidance.
- Prepare CMS transaction reports and maintain the customer database.
Requirements
- 2-5 years experience and knowledge in Transaction Banking (Cash & Trade)
- Skilled in executing plans effectively for assigned tasks related to customer support, transaction banking promotion, and service implementation.
- Capable of proposing innovative ideas for promoting transaction banking (Cash & Trade) and making informed judgments based on comprehensive customer insights.
- Good understanding of transaction business and its related services and tools.
