Our client is a leading multinational with a fantastic brand and strong global operations. The job they are looking to fill is for an experienced legal counsel to work in the Asia Pacific Headquarters covering the region. You will be reporting to the AP GC in Hong Kong and the role will work with the Global HQ and individual country counsels on a broad range of legal duties. Beyond negotiating and drafting legal documents, you will be advising the operational and business departments on all aspects of law.
The nature of supporting an APAC regional role is that you must be prepared to work in an dynamic environment and provide practical commercial legal solutions to a variety of businesses.
- Hong Kong/Common Law qualifications with 6 PQE at minimum.
- English proficiency with command of Chinese or another Asian language being a plus
This is an interesting regional role with a leading global brand. Pay levels are competitive for the local Hong Kong market.
