Job description
Company Background
We are partnering with few leading and well-known Main-contractor(s), seeking for experienced candidates who familiar/hands-on QS skills with Building/civil/E&M Projects background. Mainly focus on new projects of Residential and Commercial projects in Hong Kong and Macau.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible on overall contractual and commercial duties in Building/civil/E&M Projects
- leading and monitoring the QS team to support new projects or existing projects QS functions
- Reporting to Commercial Director and Senior Commercial manager
Job Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
- Minimum 10-12 years' relevant experience with building/civil/E&M projects reference
- Professional Member of HKIS/RICS or related qualification will be an advantage
- Familiar in contractual, claims and cost control with commercial knowledge
- Main-Contractor or developer background will be an advantage
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills
- Good Command in English and Chinese
