- HK Qualified Lawyer
- 4-6 years PQE
- Strong academic record – 2nd Upper
We are currently working with one of the top Magic Circle firms who are looking for a minimum 4 PQE. The ideal candidate must be very experienced in IPOs and Corporate Finance and must be able to lead a team and run IPOs independently. This candidate must have good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Commercial acumen and management skills are very necessary in this role. The compensation package in this firm is attractive and you will have good support and work together with a team of driven individuals.
