Job description

As the prominent key player in the real estate industry, our client is inviting a highly qualified individual to lead their iconic development in Hong Kong.

We are now seeking for Deputy Director – Shopping mall portfolio.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leading the team of professionals for full spectrum of mall operations and building management

  • Account for the leasing activities and identify potential business development opportunities for the retail premises

  • Closely liaison with the professional teams to formulate partnership strategies and initiatives to drive progressive business growth

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations to ensure service excellence

  • Establish sustainable partnerships with tenants and prospective clients

  • Review and monitor the vendors' performances to promote the quality excellence initiatives

  • Offer professional and value-added advices to respective departments and senior management for handling incidents

  • Develop and maintain the standards and procedures to ensure strict compliance

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Tertiary educated in Real Estate, Business or related disciplines

  • At least 15 years of relevant experiences with proven track record in commercial development and operations

  • Creativity and the ability to apply a new perspective to challenges and opportunities

  • Excellent communications and organizational abilities

  • A natural leader with strong problem-solving capabilities

  • Results driven, self-initiative and excellent business acumen
