Job description
We are now seeking for Manager - Carpark Portfolio.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading the team of professionals for full spectrum of leasing and operation services for carpark and industrial assets
- Spearhead the performance management and vendor relationship to ensure smooth daily operations of the premises
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to highlight strategic insights
- Closely liaison with technical and property management teams for delivery of service excellence
- Offer professional and value-added advices to respective departments and senior management for handling incidents
- Develop and maintain the standards and procedures to ensure strict compliance
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary educated in Business, Property Management, Estate Management or related disciplines
- At least 10 years of solid operations experiences in portfolio management
- Demonstrated ability to resolve the site issues and manage a sizable team
- Results driven, self-initiative, excellent in communications abilities
