Job description
Our client is a reputable Hong Kong Developer with a new hospitality project in China.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the design development, scheduling, budgeting, quality, site supervision, fitting-out works, tendering process and presentation material from concept design stage to project completion stage of a large scale hospitality projects in PRC
- Liaise with internal parties and external consultants and contractors to ensure the designs are safe and built correctly according to construction requirements and technical specifications
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Architecture
- Qualified members of HKIA or equivalent would have advantage
- +15 years’ relevant experience gained in property developer/architectural firms
- Experience in managing hospitality projects in PRC
- Knowledge of building requirements, regulations and procedures in PRC
- Excellent presentation, communication and problem-solving skills
- Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Proficient at various design tools and software
- Stationing is required
