Job description

• Take up a leadership role to develop and manage the current investment projects, ensuring the alignment of investment strategies with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Proactively recommend investments by conducting thorough market research, financial analysis, and due diligence to identify potential investment opportunities.
• Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and analysis to evaluate the feasibility and profitability of investment proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external advisors, and stakeholders to negotiate and structure investment deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
• Establish and ensure effective investment execution processes are in place, including deal structuring, documentation, and transaction closure.
• Present investment ideas, findings, and recommendations to the family owners and senior management, providing clear and concise reports and presentations.
• Monitor and prepare regular investment, financial, and management reports, analyzing performance, identifying areas for improvement, and making strategic recommendations.
• Participate in special projects in Hong Kong and overseas, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and drive growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Actuarial, Business, or related discipline
• Professional qualifications (e.g., CFA/CPA)
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in the financial sector
• Solid understanding of financial markets and investment products
