Job description
We are now seeking for Director - Interior Design.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Spearhead the design strategies and visions for all projects and disciplines
- Originate and develop pioneering design ideas
- Manage all design deliverables and progress, ensuring they are issued on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Identify business development opportunities and conduct comprehensive research to stay abreast of the trend in Greater China
- Fully conversant with projects' strategic planning functions and detailed works scheduling to identify the project pipeline
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary educated in Interior Design or related disciplines
- At least 15 years of progressive design experiences with proven track record preferably in a senior leadership role within a global consultancy firm or client organization
- A resilient leader with strong leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills and people management capabilities
- Expertise in the latest digital design methodologies and tools
- Results driven, self-initiative and excellent business acumen
